We hired Sound Vision to Install Network, Security & Tv's... The team was very efficient, responsive to all our needs. The onsite techs are knowledgeable of the products being installed and willing to go over any/all questions. There is nothing perfect in this business however Sound Vision made it feel seamless from start to finish. You get what you pay for with Sound Vision!!!

It is reassuring in today's world to deal with a company that delivers on what they design and quote. Zach delivered on design with Boone and Eric perfecting install. SoundVision did a phenomenal job with my exterior sound system on my porch and around my pool. They listened to my specific requests and how I like my music to sound and came up with a plan and easy to use system that integrated into my existing system on the interior. Recently moved down to Lake Norman area from the northeast. Building our family’s forever home. I knew I wanted to ‘future proof’ the house and when I asked around the same organization kept coming up….Sound Vision. I reached out to them and Marshall Schaper was the expert on the other end of the call. My experience was low pressure, Marshall asked what I was trying to achieve and why; he offered potential solutions that would achieve my goals and within my budget (although he didn’t ask). He identified ‘good, better, best’ options that would enable me to achieve my desired goals. He fielded good questions and bad, never got upset or seemed put off and was 100% professional. He talked me out of more expensive, unnecessary options and encouraged me to lean in on things that really matter. In the end, because of his guidance, I achieved a better outcome. He was engaged and managed the process throughout and ensured the execution matched what was on the contract. I can’t say enough about the experience and more importantly the outcome. If you have any doubts or unsure of what you should do, pick up the phone and call Marshall he will treat your project like he is spending his own money.

Called to evaluate a new pair of Martin Logan Expressions 13A. Zac Simpson came to my home to evaluate my sound room and current Ascent's (circa 2002). He said my system was fine, but I wanted to get better separation and bass (ie no pressure to buy). They had a pair in Mooresville that I was able to evaluate. I also wanted to add IsoAcostic footers which I bought. I brought in my favorite CDs to listen to recordings I knew well. I bought the new Martin Logans and he also had an acoustic engineer to consult with my set up at a reasonable price. Every aspect in the process was seamless and I was impressed with the enthusiasm and professional every step of the way, especially with COVID going on. I have had "audiophile" equipment (both tube and solid state) for 28 years and truly satisfied with SoundVision.

I have been a delighted SoundVision customer for over three years, and the 'honeymoon phase' has still not worn off :)From my first phone call with Michelle in 2018 to my latest installation with Jacob, Aiden, and Miguel, the company continues to exceed every request and nurture every idea I want to explore in bringing my very modest home into the 21st century.Their knowledge of the industry and dedication to a beautiful application through design makes their work exceptional.Their professional, personable people make their work extraordinary.Everyone has been incredible for three solid years, but I have a few moments that stand out:The word "service" doesn't quite cover the encouraging emails I received from Michelle when I was in cancer treatment.The word "customer" is not how I felt when Paul came to help me update and move the system when I was out of chemo.The word "interface" comes nowhere close to the camaraderie and collaboration I share with Marshall when he fields my questions and new ideas that start with the phrase..."would it be possible to...?"It is ALL so noteworthy. I recommend SoundVision without any reservations. Their work and their service stand the test of time. We just recently completed a sizeable project with SoundVision for our home to install a several tvs, an equipment rack, and various network and television equipment including a matrix for our basement tv. SoundVision as a whole was extremely easy to work with. Everyone we communicated with was kind, professional and responsive to our communications. In addition, our installers Jacob and Aiden in particular were fantastic! They were prompt, worked efficiently and displayed a very high level of professionalism and care for their craft. I am really pleased with the quality of work and level of service provided by SoundVision. From the beginning and throughout the entire process, Brad did an excellent job in helping me identify the products to update our house WiFi and to enhance and simplify the audio system and home theater at the pool house. Jeremy and Jacob were great technicians during the installation, always professional, personable and trustworthy. They worked in the house when I wasn’t home.
